Chinese cuisine meets Yukon ingredients
Inspired by Chinese night food markets, veteran chef Troy King set out to combine fresh local ingredients with authentically Chinese-inspired cuisine to give Yukon a fresh new dining experience. The visual identity borrows from the visual language of South-east Asian calligraphy, the signature vibrant neon lights of night markets and a playful, illustration style that highlights their insistence on featuring fresh, sustainable local ingredients.
